Any opinions for the best post workout shake??? I am working out to gain muscle AND weight.
there are 2 products one is AFTERSHOCK and the other one is called AFTERGLOW
both very good, AFTERGLOW is a little better more geared to muscle growing
and Nutrition Forum is the only place in town to get it
